As you can all read, people spreaded a rumor about sasuke's new ability of the ems which is to slow down time. If sasuke slows down time, will he still be able to keep up with naruto?do you think he stands a chance with that ability?( i know it is very wrong and probably not going to happen but...

it doesn't act smart as it would normally do because it is controlled. It is like the 9 tails when he was controlled by obito, he could not talk and did not seem to have consciousness but when no one controls him, he acts as he would normally do.
