Ever watched any of them? I have to say, they're both REALLY good. Both are mystery. But Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro is more on the detective side. Ghost Hunt doesn't really have any detectives, it has Paranormal Investigators. Ghost Hunt deals with stuff like curses, magic, Holy stuff, Monks...
