Hidan and Kakuzu are on par with Kakashi’s cqc. Saying Kakashi merely complimented them is a huge reach. There has never been feats or mention of the slug girls using their byakugou for speed increase. Only regen & strength So this drastic increase in speed ability is fanfic.
