And that's what I was looking for really, thanks! I"ll probably pickup with the online readings once I finish with the animes. About how much content do you get from a single chapter, is it about as much as an episode of the anime? (IE amt of story progression, character development etc.)

Lag time, delay. Mainly, how long it takes before we get any given volume of the manga released in english. I can watch the anime subtitled, but until the manga's released in english not much I can do. :P

Remember that the Sage of Six Paths was also the first & total embodiment of ninjutsu. And you don't have to be a toad, but they seem to be the only ones (outside of the ninja that sign contracts with them & have large chakra bases) that can mold & use nature chakra.

So I'm pretty close to catching up with the airings of the Japanese anime progression to the point where I'll need to wait for the airings each week so I wondering, if I wanted to pickup the manga around where the anime leaves off, what would be a good volume to start with? I've been hankering...
