I agree with this. Minato would have break the seal first, since he's immortal he should live. xD

It's impossible for minato to seal the Juubi in him since he's dead. Madara said he couldn't do it since he was dead. I think Minato still has Kyuubi's chakra in him as he died with it sealed in him, so he could in theory release it and it should make its way to Kurama.
