In this pic, we see oro slaying a kazekage, though it doesn't show who. Later, we find out that the fourth kazekage was gaara's dad, and since gaara is the last kazekage so far(and the fifth one), that means the man in the picture is gaara's dad. Which means orochimaru killed gaara's dad
