In Ch.510 p.8 It shows he has both eyes as sharingan. And we've never seen his sharingan turned off either, which kinda hints that he's not a real Uchiha.

And how would Izuna have survived longer than Madara, especially when it was implicitly hinted that he died after he gave his eyes to madara? I don't think there was much of an overlap with his approx lifespan and Orochimaru's either.
