Sasuke uses Tsukuyomi against Killer Bee. Sasuke uses his mangekyou and has its side effects when the genjutsu is cast. The genjutsu has the same inverted scale as that of Itachi's Tsukuyomi. I don't know about you guys, but I'm convinced Sasuke has Tsukuyomi, just not to the degree of Itachi.

Hiruzen has yet to show his full power much like the other Hokage. Minato didn't do much if anything to show us why he's a Kage, Tobirama showed a little bit but not enough to see why he was so strong in his era, and I'm pretty confident we haven't seen everything from Hashirama.
