In the manga chapter 550 on page 9 can you clearly see shisuis Mangekyou and Itachi also mentions that Shisui possesed Mangekyou(Posting on phone and cant put pictures in) But how did he get Mangekyou? Its said that you need to kill your bestfriend, but i thought that Itachi was his best friend...
