I was re-watching Naruto Shippuden Episode 220 and close to the beginning we get to see sasuke after implementing itachi's eye's, but we also see in the background all of Tobi's sharingan eye's!? Doesn't sasuke question why he has so many of them or why he needs them? That's like a big [wtf]...

I got pretty sad when the episode with his mom aired. Having followed naruto for such a long time it got me pretty sad.

It "might" be plausible. Since the requirement for summoning susano'o is to have the mangekyou in both eye's. However the person needs to be an uchiha or senju (or related) in my opinion to withstand such jutsu. The same reason kakashi can use his sharingan but not to the potential of an uchiha.
