Maybe you mean is Kuromaru. As far as I know, he's the only ninken who could speak and understand human language. And he is Tsume's ninken (partner), like Akamaru towards Kiba. Not mentioning that every Inuzuka could speak with their ninken normally without teh dogs speak human's language. I...
