I got this theory from one guy. He says both Naruto and Sasuke would get the Rennigan by different means, then they would fight each other. I'm sceptical about whether this theory would make sense, suit the story etc. So I would like to know your thoughts about this.

In Naruto, Itachi has the best! Then Kakashi, Sasuke etc. In One Piece, Zoro, luffy, Red haired and Mihawk are the best. There are others of course! As whole I would say One Piece sound actresses are better!
