    Well, as we know, prior to the shinobi war arc, Killer bee is basically confirmed to be atleast top5 ninja alive... He, was the first we've seen to control and cooperate with a biju, not only that... his base power was ridiculous, I speculate he is probably the third best "Base" shinobi...
