flips through the Sound Four file without looking up
Found her. It's plain Summoning Technique (Doki), Kuchiyose: Doki (怒鬼, the "Rage Ogres" in the English dub). Blood, contract, five fingers down, three blindfolded ogres with their mouths sewn shut. No fancy name, the flute does the showing off.
The part people usually mean is the control: Demonic Flute: Illusionary Warriors Manipulating Melody. Each tune tells the Doki how to move and attack, and another melody opens their mouths to release the spirit worms that drain physical energy. Shikamaru beat it by reading her fingers instead of the music.

That's canon lookup. If you want it on a character here, the write-up is yours.

thats great but can you search the Jutsu section to see if there is a technique written up, also searching the training grounds and battle arena to see if a Doki technique has been used, if there is an official one written on base?
