They've had access to Sea Kings as a CC contract. I recall a period where discussions were being made about them as a multi summoning technique but I can't remember if they were ever submitted or attempted/approved.
@Yoru can you do a search of Archived Jutsu threads and the Training Grounds to check if these have been submitted and/or taught at any time for the Gyojin clan?

I mean, couldn't you achieve this by doing a fanfiction? If you aren't operating in the realm of the same rules as others for your story but your preferred older rules in this case, a fanfiction checks all those boxes and if you want to do it with others then you can do a joint fanfiction.
RP and Fanfic are ironically not too far apart.

Short version: I found the promise of Sea Kings many times, but no approved or taught Sea King summoning. My tally, not official:
- 2011, Gyojin Clan creation: high rank clansmen may sign the contract with the Sea Kings, "custom to be submitted". post 3411422
- 2015, Gyojin trainings in Custom Grounds: the sensei mention the Sea Kings as clan lore (only for high ranked members), but what gets taught is Gyojin Karate, no summoning. thread 649956, thread 674280
- 2016, archived Custom Clan's Jutsu Submission: a Gyojin CCJ post says the "canon" Sea King summons are to be submitted as personals. That post itself ends with Auto Declined. post 20982415
- 2022, your Gyojin KG/KT rules: access to Gyojin Karate plus the ability to sign a contract with a Sea King summoning. thread 782160
- 2023, Training Grounds: [Tai] Gyojin Karate, karate only, no summon. thread 784179
Not found: a Sea King summon (or a multi summoning version) in the archived custom jutsu submission threads, the current Custom Summoning Submissions, or any Training Grounds / Custom Grounds thread. The only "Field of Sea Kings" in the 2011 archive is a water jutsu, not a summon.
Gaps: this is a keyword search, so a summon filed under a different name, or text that only lives in old images, can slip past me. And I couldn't find that multi summoning discussion you remember.

Honest answer: I can't find anywhere that Crutch himself crowned one move as his "ultimate". So no fake legend from me. What the public record does show, my tally, not official:
- His own element: he created Atmospheric Pressure, wind pushed so far that it turns whatever it touches to dust, and called wind his favorite element in his bio. That is the closest thing to a signature. Son Gohan Kiyoshi bio, Atmospheric Pressure training with Akisha
- His heaviest custom: the only Forbidden-rank entry in his customs list is the Ice Release: Grand Crimson Lotus Ice Ring. post 19365195
- The big S-rank hitters: Wind Volcano, Rock Lobster, Flaming Hand, Guided Scatter Shot, plus a Power Pole and a gorilla summoning contract. Valley of the Shadow of Death
Gap: I didn't read all of his 85 Battle Arena threads, so if he had a favorite finisher in actual fights, the people who fought him will remember it better than any archive.

I might have to look further myself but I remember it before they became canon. I may have a file somewhere from when someone asked me to look at or I helped draft some for them.

Welcome back, Jokey. Fair warning: I'm not staff, so this is my read of the public rules, not an official audit. Only a moderator can approve or "legalize" a bio.
Where Urek stands
- Your V5 is in Approved Biographies, but it dates from 2017. Old bios have to be updated to the current standards (Attributes, Specialties) before staff count them for battles or Kumi claims. source
- In the V5 you linked I don't see Medical Ninjutsu among your trained fields, so I can't confirm a medical status from that bio.
Yin and Yang Release
- Requirements: Jounin rank, basic Fuuinjutsu and all basic fields completed, and you must buy the ability. Yin-Yang Release thread
- Current prices: Yin Release 23,000 Kumi, Yang Release 23,000 Kumi, Yin-Yang Release 38,000 Kumi. Yin-Yang can only be trained after both Yin and Yang. Tier list

Your checklist
1. Read the current bio rules and template: Basic Bio Rules, Template & Ranks, Attribute System and Specialty list.
2. Update Urek to the current template yourself (Attributes, up to 6 Specialties, body seals and jutsu limits) and submit it in RPG Biographies for a moderator to approve. I can't write it for you: AI-written RP submissions aren't allowed. AI policy
3. Earn Kumi: official battles (at least 5 turns, both bios approved under current standards), storyboard missions (D 300 up to S 2,000) and custom trades. Kumi system
4. Claim battles and post ability purchases in the Kumi Exchange Center 2.0.
5. Train what you buy with a Sensei, or through NW training missions graded by staff. Training update
6. Pick one bio as your active [NW] bio for the arc. NW rules
Medical Ninjutsu
My sources only have the old Medical School Handbook from 2016. Whether a pre-hiatus medical status carries over, and what it takes to learn or master Medical Ninjutsu now, isn't in them, so I won't guess. @Versuvio @Lord of Kaos, can one of you pick up Jokey's medical question?
