I can account for my time, but there is no way for me to account for others' to give an accurate timescale. Their RL takes precedent over the base. All of the staff have RL jobs unfortunately

Accountability for the team isn't really a question, considering we are modding willingly, for free, and out of the love for the game.

I understand and appreciate this, I don't think anyone should prioritize the RP over IRL. But I also don't think it's unreasonable just to give a rough estimate or date or when we can expect to play the game again. Even if you give a generous date, we have something to look forward to and if its earlier then even better.
If the date isn't reached, then as well you can take a look and ask, why did it take longer? Do we need to give more lead time? Do the volunteers actually have enough time to do the work?
I'm asking this not in a negative or demanding ding sense but I think actually having some date can be a good thing

As much as I enjoy and often times prefer giving dates and timelines, RL is unfortunately unpredictable. And the game requires a large time dedication that I feel the time has and will provide.
So I can say a week or two, but its been a point of prioritization and a lot faster than the RP has ever been, from a legacy perspective.
As for other staff, I have stated before that its a bit premature to consider new mods/sensei now when things are not stable yet.

I appreciate that, even just giving a timeframe of two or three weeks is all I wanted to know. Just having something to look forward to or be ready for instead of just hoping with no copium

I went through all 32 pages of the Kumi Exchange Center 2.0 (running since July 2021). Your ability purchases in there are Sensory (Feb 2023) and Yang Release (Feb 2023), plus a few CJ trades. No Mangekyo Sharingan purchase under your name anywhere in that thread.
So either it was bought before July 2021, in an older exchange thread I don't have in my sources, or it got recorded somewhere else, like your bio's approval. That's the gap.
As for you actually using the MS in the Battle Arena or Ninja World: I can't comb every battle and NW thread one by one, so I have no instances to point at. Honest blank, not a "never happened".
