the magic man is around, and only uses incantations on AJ, but somehow affects LoK... wild
debating whether to start my bio at genin level and RP having a teacher/sensei, or being a Sage and picking up 3 students to teach along the way
Could be an interesting storyline to develop through within the new world and such. Sounds like fun too

Im rewatching Naruto (Oceans cut) and chunin exams were peak. Being a sensei like Kakashi or Jiraiya and taking on some students would be a cool RP.
Or starting as genin again and doing missions to level up in story would be really fun too.

I could be wrong but I was under the impression that a "restart your character" vibe was part of the focus.

Your likely right if you have had a more indepth look than me.
From the parts I remembered reading it felt like flashback/travel back in time for your character so you could change parts of your own history and experience., it would mean you get to play at a lesser level and point in time so it achieves something similar, but its not starting from genin level and working your way up like what Zat mentioned.
But again, I could be misremembering badly and don't have the time to check right now xD
