All members of the clan have equal access to skills. I didnt want a CC where the leader was stronger simply because it was the leader. All of them have access to the same exact stuff I have (minus PCCJ ofc)

interestingly, the Naruto Mobile game thats only released in China, charts in the top 5 every month, including other games with worldwide like Genshin Impact

No, a lot of movie exclusive characters and villains were put on the banned/on hold list right when the movies dropped. Some eventually came off but them being on the list isnt an indicator they existed before being on there, but instead is an indicator that it cant be made
