Description: The user will make two handseals creating a large portal above the battlefield, letting liquid fire to rain down heavily on the battlefield. This liquid fire burns, but is not as potent. Instead it fuels liquid fire techniques and techniques that use water or elements that use water as a base for their release by using the natural reaction liquid fire has when it comes into contact with water. Then using their chakra to manipulate the liquid fire combining it giving it an explosive effect. This can only be done by those who have mastered liquid fire, to be able to utilize the liquid fire in the air and use it to fuel their techniques.
Note: Can only be done twice per combat
Note: Can only last for four turns
