Indeed. You can still complete missions and bulk up for the actual arc which is being constructed as we speak. Release window (hopefully) is early April.

Good news, folks. I'm 90% done with preparations for the new arc. It's a lot more editing than expected but it won't be long before we get some motion in the NW again. In meantime I ask that you pause all Mission submissions, Landmark Updates, etc., as we finalize these changes. The release window is still early April, even during this week if things keep up.

Custom forum banners have not been a thing for at least seven years now, sadly.

The rules are in effect, but the story has not started yet. I want people to digest the new rules while I finish up the 1 million+ Landmarks and other misc. descriptions. For example, GST's are no longer a thing and VIA's are being phased out starting next Arc, and so a lot of Bio updates will need to be made.

Speaking of Bios, I've since added a note to the New Horizon Biography rules from the Rulebook based on feedback: Masteries and other Specializations are not reset upon creation, but instead are 'on hold' until the required rank is reached.
