Kakashi, Guy(especially Guy to a maddening degree because he 1 of my favorite characters,) and Neji is turning out to be 1 of the shows biggest wastes of talent,and Rock Lee.

kakashi mastered the sharingan to a degree where even madara had 2 commend him on it,and he's gotten a lot better post time skip, also something worth noting is itachi was trained by madara. if he and kakashi aren't even i cast my vote in favor of the copy ninja.
