I think the man behind Itachi isn't Sasuke. It's more likely Izuna, in my opinion. As we can see here in the top right panel, Izunas hair look similiar to Sasukes and as we just see the silhouette of the person behind Itachi it could be possible that it's Izuna. Also Madara is starting talking...
