Well, it is just my theory, but why would Naruto's arm be bandaged up? I think for only two reason: first is that it is hiding something, an injury or a deformity, but Naruto is quiet powerful and his arm seems to be usable, and that only leaves the latter, which doesn't seem like Naruto to hide...
