It just blows my mind that the plot has not considered including the Kages at this war already. I mean nobody seemed to have noticed that the entire Shinobi Alliance has gathered together and the Kages, who are supposed to be their leaders are not in the frontlines, not even Kakashi.... Also...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Mito, the first Jinjuuriki, Hashi's wife? This goes many ways: either, they had children who probably died in the war against the Uchiha clan, or their children went to other villages, or she might just had a daughter who did not really care much about being a...

As I've said, because of chaos in the world, there is no order of the chakras around... so the chaos led to becoming personified in the Juubi.
