It's very unlikely there is a character that doesn't have much power has that cool personality. Except shikamaru, cause he doesn't care if has powers or not. Power is everything in the Naruto series. Most of the time.

The original Naruto is still in maintenance for as long as I can remember. Is it ever going to be back? Or is it on hold? (I'm talking about the Naruto anime section in Narutobase, not the real show.) Just a suggestion, thanks for reading.
