    Possibility that Oro still has some kind of control over Hashi?

    After reading 627 when Hashi told Tobirama to fly out, Tobirama said " WE can't use the Hirashin, WE'RE bound ". Could it mean that Hashi hasn't completely broken free? Or only that Tobirama can't use it because only he and the other 2 are bound?
