thats a very good question. Kish seems to kill charaters with alot of significance to the story so i would say its a very plausable out come. His death would have to be achieved in a fight between him and naruto at Shūmatsu no Tani. It would be the perfect end for sasuke, maybe the valkyrie...

i can think of others who could do one handed jutsus. itachi is one for sure, and he could even do no handed jutsus. its not that unusual. One handed seems to take a much larger amount of skill tho
