Myself i think uchihas because itachi may have said he couldnt beat jiraiya but who knows iv gotta say he had some amazing moves vs sasuke would have easily won if he didnthave that disease madara vs minato is very hard to judge because we never really saw them in action but im gonna go ahead...

i believe there is a limit on how long but also that jutsu would have messed him up severely hence madara saying i hoped he would "save" that jutsu for me...i expect pulling that off was a one off thing in his messed up condition or not
