question..i just watched it again and im wondering why hiruko couldnt absorb naruto's rasen shurikken.i mean he absorbed 4 kekkei genkai's and was about to absorb kakashi's.he shown that he can absorb all ninja jutsu so what makes rasen shurikken any different.input please.

anybody can learn rasengan.it is not a kekkei genkai.its just shape manipulation and having good chakra control.its your choice to add your element but it will be hard to do that.
