Before the Kyuubi just took over Naruto (with his consent). Now Naruto only uses the chakra of the kyuubi, so he doesn't lose control over himself and his body doesn't get severed. He can't transform into his Biju form, but he has the SO6P-cloak. I don't think he will be able to change fully...

The production of cars with less emission (hybrid) are worser for the environment than the production of normal cars. So it doesn't really make a difference. Accept for the fuel offcourse. No cars in the city by 2050....it doesn't sound realistic.

I started watching Naruto in dec 2010. I finished watching naruto and naruto shippuuden (till I was on schedule) within a month + I read the manga too ( within that month). I listened more japanese during the day than my own language:D
