I'm not sure. He obviously had a vast arsenal of Jutsu, but he hasn't shown Hiraishin or Edo Tensei so he might not use them. He probably does know how they work, though. Him using all 5 Elements lends credability to him knowing all the jutsu in the leaf :F I believe that Hiruzen was a lot...
