First of all, let me start out by saying that I don't think sasuke can use it. But let's pretend he could just for this theory. a perfect Jin can get his tb to give them chakra to disrupt the gen jutsu, but if sasuke could use the same tsukuyomi as itachi, then by the time kurama or whoever...
