I think Itachi takes this. Probably high difficulty. Itachi is healthy. This is Madara in his prime before the foruth great shinobi war. Edo Madara has had enhancement made to him according to Kabuto.

Assuming Kakashi has gotten a bit stronger by the time he is in the fourth war. Kakashi has intel on Pein. Do you think he can win?
