Madara has no mokuton or rinnegan and is not an edo. Orochimaru has both hands but neither he nor Kabuto can use edo tensei.

When Madara came to rescue Obito who was under the massive boulder, couldn't he have just used izanagi on Obito to heal him by turning the injury into an illusion similar to how Danzo kept surviving mortal wounds.
