I wouldn't say it's Hidan. I would think it would be Nagato without his Paths of Pain. The guy cannot even walk, for crying out loud. :/

Sai is actually a really cool character. I love how he is beginning to understand feelings and emotions again, rather than just being the emotionless, order obeying Sasuke replacer. He is actually far more developed than half of the other supporting characters who have been in the series since...
