I rarely watch the anime but I've been seeing this gif going around alot and I really want to download the episode so, if anyone could help out, it would mean alot. Thanks in advance.

This episode went totally out of sync after the 9th minute and I dont think Ive ever been as frustrated watching it, plus it looks like bad lip syncing because of the audio and I really want to stab someone who's with me but other than that the new opening is great and also Itachi looks so cute
