Im not sure the rinnegan could see in the uchiha secret room cuz i dont think the rinnegan is part of the uchiha clan but i may be wrong so the MS would prob see more

I also think that those poles stabbed through naruto where linked to pains eyes which is making a genjutsu through poles basically

Id say its a type of genjutsu tht can be used with the rinnegan
