He is easily the most powerful shinobi in the leaf but I don't think he yet has the diplomacy skills or the patience to do large amounts of paperwork. He is certainly becoming more mature and maybe in his 20's he'd be ready but right now I just don't think he would be the right fit. Thoughts? :)

Because the 10 tails, which apparently can smash a mountain with a swipe of it's tail, can't get itself out a hole :rolleyes:
