I'm pretty sure they are removable by pure strenght. If they wouldnt be then the first and second hokage would be out of the game. Plus the fact that Nagato tried to stop hinata from breaking those rods is pretty much enough to conclude that if he didnt intervene naruto would be freed by hinata.

Oke oke :p. First of all sasuke could get rid of the rods but hashirama told him not too. I mean even hinate could get rid of naruto rods during the fight against nagato. So orochimaru could def do that as well. Secondly i focused on sasuke this chapter since i was planning to do more chapters...
