Super is pretty bad logic wise, but it's pretty entertaining anyways. The manga is pretty good tho. GT is bad on all levels. Super is pretty bad as an anime, but it's still better than GT. And if we talk about manga, Super is even better than most of Z's arcs, let alone GT.
