Pretty much, Clans are the only ones that are seen with marriages. E.x Shikakau and Yoshino, Choza and his wife, Fugaku and Mikoto, Even the Hyugas. And I'm pretty sure Shibi is in there somewhere. We just haven't seen his wife yet. Minato did marry Kushina. In general, It's the ninja world...
