Yeah, Kyubi chakra is very powerfull so it makes powerfull shunshins, but it was never stated to improve the perceptual abilities, the reflexes, the synapses speed, or anything like that. Full speed Ay stomp 99% of narutoverse, but V1 Ay has similar shunshin speed than sasuke.

Sage Mode naruto reacted pretty well against the third raikage and was paralleled with Sasuke ems in the fight against juubito. Besides both Suigetsu and juugo kinda reacted against V1 A speed.
