What if Madara unlocked the rinnegan once Hashirama died?

How did naruto plan on extracting the bijuu from the juubi? He has mover shown a feat to absorb chakara from others and/or extract souls. Could it be because of what the bijuu gave him earlier? Thoughts?

So naruto can't go into the physical form of kurama and only can only have a chakara shroud which appears to be like version 1 tailed beast transformation. Then how is it that when nagato used chibaku tensei that the kurama rampage was just like the actual beast and not just a chakara shroud?

Sorry for asking. So hashirama and madara made an alliance and joined the senju and uchiha together after the two clans were constantly fighting each other. So how did madara and hashirama know each other when they were kids?

Between hashi and naruto who would a village benefit more from having. Hashi at this point is a stronger, but against other villages, naruto is strong enough, plus naruto can give chakara to other people making his team probably more powerful than any other.
