I think we have not seen rinnegan true power. We know both senju clan and uchicha clan emerge from sage of six path (rinnegan user). So rinnegan must be powerful from Sharingan ,Mangekyou and also ems.. It also means so6p can use all genjutsu and he is immune to all genjutsu. But nagato does't...
