In the war, why wouldn't Tobi instead have made 100,00 black zetsus instead as black zetsu seems way more capable and since he made white zetsus instead, is it just me or does the ONE at the kage summit seem better than all of them or does it just have have to do with them being clones?

Since the rinnegan evolves from the sharingan i had a question that the manga never answered. Since madara gained the rinnegan natrually and since it evolves from the sharingan, can it use all of the sharingan's abilities because madara had EMS then has had the rinnegan activated since then...
