Madara is free from the edo tensei contract and has infinite chakra. The whole purpose of being the juubi jinchuriki was infinite chakra, but now he has it. So cant he just implement the moons eye plan without becoming the jinchuriki of the juubi??

We now know that the jinchuriki were summoned by edo tensei. if that is so then why does tobi use chakra rods to control them??
