Questions about Kurama's Chakra

Please don't flame me but I think that it is a good question.

Kakashi first got a dose of 9-tails chakra replenishment during his fight with Obito but this time he clearly states that this time the chakra is different.
We know that the first time Kurama was the one who did it directly but this time it is Naruto who is doing all the handing out and again according to Kakashi, this chakra is stronger.
My question is why is it stronger?
Is it because of the Natural energy that Kurama was gathering or is this Naruto's own chakra that he is handing out?

I think its because before he did not get as much as he is getting now from Naruto.

If the ten tails is nature chakra and the tailed beasts are made from it one can assume their chakra is nature chakra. Note kuruma was also sitting still as he gathered chakra. Just a theory until confirmed
