naruto is very near to achieve rennigan

I have a feeling ..obito and madara lost control over juubi..
jubbi will not go on rampage,and if he would go on rampage,naruto will surely do something about juubi to control him..because naruto have the highest level of information about jinchurikis..so it may be 75% to get rennigan after controlling it..

IF the sage got them from juubi..whitch i seriously doubt.if kakashi had a kid would that child have ocular powers?no,because the sharingan isnt in his bloodline.if sage got rinnegan from juubi how could the uchiha clan even form?
