Is it safe to assume that they have power equal to that of one single tail of the Kyuubi?

It has definitely been altered by Naruto in some way, so it's not completely similar. But it seems like it enhances all the basics, just like when Naruto would use it in Part 1. Speed, strength, power, chakra. And it doesn't have the side effects like Naruto used to have, like rage and anger for example.

It seems like an immense chakra boost handed out with a simple touch of the hand.
