Well, it's not as much medical jutsu as popping it back into place with her Gentle Fist + Byakugan. But either way, this would have been a great place for Sakura to shine, especially since she's been MIA for a couple chapters. But seems like Kishi's going all the way with the Hinata love :3

This and and even our football coach can somewhat fix dislocated shoulders . . . . . plus by Tsunade's Rule every sqad shld have a medic nin and so there may be a chance that Hina knows some basic first aid skills even though she cant use medi jutsu.
